Visa and passport are required for US citizens. Birth certificate would help also. Are you looking to get married :) See http://www.newdelhi.net for some info. What city are you traveling to ? Also, check out wikipedia for some good info. I would also get the latest shots by a travel doctor, they have a list. see the link to CDC from http://www.newdelhi.net.

If your status is Permanent Resident, you are NOT an "asylee". You are a Permanent Resident.

Contact the consulate of the country you wish to visit. Your refugee travel document is often necessary to travel to another country and to reenter the United States. Also, the country you are visiting may have additional entry requirements (such as a visa).

That’s amazing! It always seem easier to draw on the computer then on paper. Really now, to color like that makes me curious, though everyone’s style of art is different.

You need to contact the immigration agency on this.

You need to surrender your Indian passport only at the time of the issuance of American passport to you. Till then where ever you want to go, you got to use only the Indian passport. I believe you are in the US right now and you can very well renew your Indian passport with Indian Embassy there and travel to UK. So as I said before you may have to surrender your Indian passport (whether it is live or expired)when you get your American passport physically in hand. They will not question you if you renew your Indian passport now. Moreover you need to have a visa to enter into UK, being a permanent resident of US, you can the UK visa in the US itself.

His U.S., visa makes no difference when he traves to any other country. He does NOT need a visa for Mexico unless staying more than 24 hrs . If you will be staying more than 24 hrs, he can get a tourist card at the port or from the travel agent ahead of time. If it is just a day trip for a few hrs, then right back on the ship…no visa is needed. See site below and read the 3rd paragraph up from the bottom.

How many questions u ask a day? seems to be a lot

Well you want visit India and you think your P.R will be expire.
What is big deal in it?
Just get a travel document, it is valid for approximately 8 to 12 months i think.
And you can travel with travel document too.
it is a copy of P.R card or a PROOF.
